A bald young woman and her long-haired male friend find themselves in trouble with the Tehran Morality Police. Surveillance cameras mistakenly identify the man as a woman and fine ‘her’ for not wearing a hijab. Outraged by the absurd situation and the actions of the police officer, the two decide to take matters into their own hands and plot their own form of revenge.
